Q. is this service reliable?

A. Yes, our services are utilized in businesses and homes to provide reliable internet communications for our clients.

 

Q. what to do if my service goes offline?

A. During normal business hours please call us at 3373765419 or submit a ticket and we will be happy to help you out. After hours you may contact us through your account online for the most effective after hours communication.

 

Q. how do i know my service devices are online?

A. Your outside dish should have two blue lights on it; one is for power and the other is the connection to your inside router/modem. Your inside modem/router provided by us should either have a solid white light on the bottom of the router or on a customer owned router - green icon on the WAN/Globe icon.

 

Q. i think my dish has moved, can i adjust it myself?

A. No, to eliminate issues and service reliability it is suggested that the dish be re-aligned by a technician.

 

Q. I have a new bank or credit account, how can I send my new information?

A. You can login to your account online and go to your subscription section and setup a new payment subscription there. Please remember to delete the old payment subscription setup.

 

Q. i requested service a long time ago, will service be available in my area soon?

A. Yes, as we are a new company service availability will be available in all areas we service eventually. It takes time to build out a reliable network, maintaining reliability is our goal and priority.

Q. i am interested in service but which package should i choose?

A. Our most popular package is the Trinet Plus because it fits the needs of our customers the most. From streaming TV shows and movies, taking online classes and talking online to distant relatives this package seems to handle majority of your day to day tasks!

Q. how does your service compare to my current provider’s?

A. We offer packages that make sense instead of selling you a marketing scheme. Most providers sell you services that look pretty on their ads but fail to provide you any better service.
